1. WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
The Taste of Kent Food Festival aims to bring together some of the finest food and drink producers from Kent, Showcasing the amazing variety of top class food and drinks from our very own artisan producers. The event will combine top-class food with live music & entertainment, Chef Demos, Foodie Talks, a dazzling array of street food as well as entertainment for all the family.
2. WHEN AND WHERE?
Saturday 7th September & Sunday 8th September 2019 at Bradbourne House, New Road, East Malling, ME19 6DZ.
3. HOW DO I GET THERE?
By Car: Please see our Location page.
By Rail: The closest railway station is East Malling, which is just a 20 min walk to the festival site. From London Victoria it is approximately 50 mins to East Malling.
Parking: There is FREE parking on the festival site.
4. CAN I BRING A PICNIC?
A wide selection of food and drink will be available for purchase at the event, Unfortunatly visitors will not be permitted to bring their own items for consumption unless they have a specific dietary need.
5. CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Absolutely. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please ensure you clean up after your dog.
6. IS THIS A CHILD-FRIENDLY EVENT?
The Taste of Kent Food Festival is for everyone, big and small. There’ll be plenty of hands-on activities for both adults and children.
7. IS THE SITE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE?
The site is generally suitable for wheelchairs. Please be aware that The Taste of Kent Food Feastival is an outdoor event in a field that could pose problems for mobility. We will have dedicated disability parking as well as disabled toilets on site.
8. WILL THERE BE FOOD FOR VEGETARIANS/VEGANS?
There will be a wide variety of food available and we aim to cater for everyone. Check out the Food & Drink page to get an idea of Gluten-Free and Veggie options.
9. IS THERE A CASH POINT ON-SITE?
Unfortunatly there will not be a cash machine onsite.
10. ARE THERE MAPS AND TIMETABLES AVAILABLE FOR ME TO PLAN MY VISIT?
There will be more information available closer to the event.
11. WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT LOST PROPERTY?
Any lost property that has been handed to the Event Organisers onsite, will be collected and kept. If you have lost something at The Taste of Kent Food Festival, please email a detailed description of the lost item along with a contact telephone number, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if it has been found.
